HSF ASSIST
HSF Assist is available to everyone on any level of HSF health plan. It is also available to employers as a standalone Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). It provides access to a variety of helplines and services. These include a GP advice line, Virtual Doctor and a private prescription service. It also includes counselling and legal advice. The service is accessed by phoning the HSF Assist telephone number and selecting the option you need.
MAIN SERVICES
GP & Virtual Doctor
We provide a private GP telephone consultation service, which will allow you to talk in confidence, at a time that suits you. Available 24/7.
The Virtual Doctor service enables you to have a virtual face-to-face consultation with a practising GP. Available 7 days, 8am to 10pm, excluding Christmas Day.
Counselling/Emotional wellbeing
Having someone you can talk to in confidence can help you through stressful times. Our team of experienced counsellors are available 24/7 for immediate emotional support.
You can talk through any issue.
Legal Support
Our legal advisors can help you find out what your rights are if your relationship has broken down, for example whether you can stay in the family home or who the children should live with.
We can also give advice on consumer law, travel, motoring, landlords & tenancy, wills & probate and more.
Also included
Private Prescriptions
Your medication is delivered to you directly by the Pharmacy Service. You can also choose to have the medication sent to a local pharmacy where you can collect it.
